PORTLAND COPWATCH TO HOLD
"YOUR RIGHTS AND THE POLICE" SEMINAR
Monday, March 10, 2014, 6 PM at CIO Office, 700 N Killingsworth

Local police accountability group Portland Copwatch (PCW) will be holding a "Your Rights and the Police" seminar on Monday, March 10 at 6 PM at the Center for Intercultural Organizing, 700 N Killingsworth St (one block east of Albina). Space is limited and a reservation by email or phone is strongly suggested in advance.

The Your Rights and the Police seminar reviews basic rights to know for being stopped by, harmed by, or when observing the police. A lawyer will be present to help answer legal questions best not answered by the volunteers at PCW. Stops, searches, arrests and complaints will all be addressed.
