KROEKER'S KORNER: General Orders Ignore Civil Rights

Along with the new grooming G.O., the police sent information that Chief Kroeker intends to
rescind a number of General Orders on August 1, including: 35.00- Human goals, 40.00-Code of
Ethics, and 315.10-Respect for Constitutional Rights. His reason? "They are either no longer
applicable or appropriate for inclusion in the Manual of Rules and Procedures."
